Welcome to Venia Beauty Spa.

At Venia Spa our mission is to provide the best quality service for each of our clients. We need your help to achieve this. Below are a few guidelines to helping us provide you with the relaxation you deserve.

Last Minute Cancellation/No Show

Here at Venia Spa, we understand life can often times put a bump in the road so we like to implement a reasonable cancellation policy. We do require a credit card for all clients to book. Should a client no show or cancel without 24 hour prior notice, 100% of the total services scheduled will be charged to the card on file or invoiced. No future appointments will be accepted until this charge is paid in full, or an arrangement is made. This charge WILL NOT be credited toward future services, it is to pay the technician for the time lost. However, if there is a last minute client wanting the spot you no show or canceled, we will waive the fee because the spot was filled and no time was lost.

Running Late

Punctuality is highly encouraged. If you are running a little behind, feel free to text or call us and we will do our best to keep your appointment hassle free. If there is a need to be more than 15 minutes late, please do expect to reschedule your appointment or shorten it.




We are committed to giving back. Unfortunately, we limit the amount of school donations to 3 schools per year, so we strongly suggest getting your letters in as soon as possible.
